By contracting Line Up Hospitality, the client agrees to hire us for professional restaurant consulting services, as outlined in the agreed-upon project proposal or scope of work.

Services may include concept development, operational planning, menu consultation, staffing strategy, branding, marketing, FF&E coordination and more.
Terms & Conditions
Scope of Work

A detailed project scope will be provided prior to commencement. Any additional services requested outside the agreed scope may incur extra fees.

Timelines and deliverables will be outlined and mutually agreed upon. Delays caused by the client (e.g., missed meetings or approvals) may impact delivery schedules.
Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required to begin work.

Remaining payments will be invoiced according to a milestone schedule (e.g., planning phase, execution phase, launch phase).

All invoices are to be paid in full upon receipt.

If paying with a credit card, a 3.5% fee will be added to the final invoice.
Deposits

Deposits secure the consultant’s time and booking priority and are non-refundable unless the consultant is unable to fulfill their portion of the agreement.

If the client terminates the project prematurely, any deposit paid will not be refunded, and additional fees may be assessed based on work completed.
Cancellation and Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. The client remains responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.

If termination occurs after materials or deliverables have been provided, full payment for those deliverables will be due.
Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary information, trade secrets, or sensitive business data exchanged during the engagement.
Limitation of Liability

Line Up Hospitality/Cody Dickey will provide services with professional diligence. However, we are not liable for client business outcomes, profitability, or operational success following our engagement.
Governing Law
-
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, with any disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located therein.
